Comrie Development Trust (CDT) is looking for someone with the skills and experience to develop events and the historic visitor attraction at the community owned Cultybraggan Camp. This ex-POW camp, which has historic importance nationally and internationally, now hosts a range of community groups and activities, alongside businesses, and welcomes heritage and event visitors.
The postholder will be responsible for event planning, the promotion and development of the site’s open spaces and certain camp properties as venues for both major and minor events, building on their current uses for these purposes.
Appicants should preferably be a degree holder in a relevant subject with experience in event management and/or developing a heritage visitor attraction. Planning, problem-solving, organising, negotiating, decision-making, and communicating will all be important skills.
