Grants Corporate Fundraising Coordinator

Role

Main Duties:

▪ To identify gaps in budget, in conjunction with Managing Director, and identify potential funding opportunities/organisations

▪ To collate information/data for funding reports and complete/return to funders on time

▪ To maintain a working knowledge of funding organisations, their criteria, priorities and funding streams

▪ To maintain relationships with existing corporate partners

▪ To identify potential new corporate partners

▪ To provide networking opportunities, support, materials, information and advice for new and existing corporate partners

▪ To work in conjunction with Admin & Fundraising Manager to ensure no duplication of work

▪ To provide support to Admin & Fundraising Manager for community fundraising events and initiatives

▪ To provide relevant content to Admin & Fundraising Manager for social media in relation to Corporate Fundraising

▪ To co-ordinate and deliver talks and presentations about Cystic Fibrosis and the Butterfly Trust to relevant groups, organisations and potential corporate partners

▪ To deal with sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner

▪ To communicate effectively with other staff and volunteers as required

▪ To carry out duties in accordance with the organisation’s equal opportunities policy

▪ To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Managing Director
