We're looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Assistant, with excellent administrative and organisational skills to provide support to the General Manager across a wide range of activities

GMAC Film is a skills and talent development centre for independent filmmakers, young people and professionals working in film. For 35 years we have been at the heart of the independent film sector in Scotland, providing resources and support for filmmakers and the mainstream industry, while offering accessible film education for young people from all backgrounds. We also create video content and hire training and production space from our city centre base.
You’ll be an integral part of the team, working to create an inclusive, diverse and ethical film sector in Scotland, from our Creative Hub in Glasgow’s flagship arts centre, Trongate 103.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking on an operational role within a creative environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working to deadlines and have a flexible approach to changing priorities and requirements, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A start date is anticipated as soon as possible. Terms and conditions include generous holiday allowance, sick pay and an optional pension plan. We operate a Toil System (Time off in lieu). GMAC Film is a flexible and family friendly employer.
