Domestic Abuse Practitioner specialising in support to children & young people

Role

Perthshire Women’s Aid wishes to appoint a practitioner who have a passion for and are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for children, young people and families who have experienced domestic abuse.

Salary £22930 - £25912 pro-rata dependent on experience & qualifications, (bandings currently under review and subject to change); 5% pension & other benefits.

Scottish Government funding secured to the end of March 2020.

You will provide intensive support mainly on a one to one basis to children up to age 18 to increase their safety, emotional intelligence and resilience. Experience of multi-agency working, providing family support and facilitating group work desirable.
