This post is a central position within the organisation. Responsible for a small administration team, the post holder will coordinate support on Administration, HR, ICT, H&S and Facilities. The post holder will also provide executive support to the Senior Management Team and support the Head of Business Services with governance.
Managing a Business Services Administrator and a Receptionist, the coordinator will ensure day to day activities are managed effectively and that internal and external customers are provided with high levels of support.
We are seeking a candidate who is proactive in their approach, has a background in a key area (Admin, HR, Facilities) and is able to be flexible in approach to new situations.
We want an enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team at Albany Street in Edinburgh. It is important that the individual is able to work well on their own and as part of a small team and has a drive for problem solving.
