Role

For over 200 years, The Royal Caledonian Education Trust (RCET) has put the wellbeing and education of Armed Forces children and young people at the heart of everything that we do. Today we provide life-changing support to hundreds of children and young people across Scotland helping them to access opportunity, break down barriers, unlock their own potential and THRIVE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate ‘people’ person looking to develop a career in fundraising. This role will support our small team with the day-to-day running of the Fundraising Department, maintaining our records and income reports and delivering a high quality of support to all of our donors across all income streams. The right candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, comfortable with adapting their communication style for a range of different audiences and able to manage a varied workload.

The role will be based at the Royal Caledonian Education Trust’s office on 121 George Street, EDINBURGH, EH2 4YN.
