Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland won’t stand for that. The care and support we deliver every day ensures everyone can live the life they want to.

Rehabilitation Support service provides a range of one to one and short term group services to support people with a communication difficulty following a stroke.

The main purpose of the post of the Rehabilitation Support Coordinator is to carry a caseload for rehabilitation support services and recruiting & supporting volunteers in their designated area.

Demonstration of a positive attitude towards people with disabilities, the ability to recruit, manage and motivate a team of volunteers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required to fulfil this role.

This post is home-based and subject to PVG membership.

The use of own car and a current valid driving licence is essential (expenses paid at mileage rate).
