If successful you will be responsible for providing the administrative support to our Team Facilitators and Services Managers whilst co-ordinating the day-to-day office administration functions which is pivotal to the success of the support we provide.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new IT systems including Carista and iTrent.
* The ability to adapt your communication style in order to engage with a wide range of people including the people we support, their families and our Personal Assistants.
* Strong organisational skills with a creative approach to managing your workload and conflicting priorities.
* A positive and flexible outlook to your work, and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
