Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Perth & Kinross Service. Our Floating Housing Support service provides personalised support to individuals. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a staff team and ensuring that a high-quality person-centred support service is delivered.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of supporting individuals in the community. Strong leadership skills are essential as is the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and with various internal/external stakeholders.

You must possess or be willing to work towards a suitable qualification in line with the SSSC Regulatory Requirements. Given the various locations of Rowan Alba services, the ability to travel is essential and access to a car is essential.
