This is a senior management role, and you will lead and support the expansion, diversity and integration of services, information, projects and partnerships in Scotland to meet the needs of people who are deaf, have hearing loss and tinnitus.
The role will give operational support to the Country Director in the delivery of the business plan, financial control over local budgets; income and expenditure, team management and delivery of restricted fund projects on a day-to-day basis.
You will lead our services and fundraising work, ensuring our brand profile is maintained and developed, ensuring people who are deaf, have hearing loss and tinnitus are aware of our services/projects and can access the appropriate support.
Experience of managing projects, including service delivery, forecasting and variance analysis, operational planning to meet budget/contractual targets and producing associated management information is essential. Similarly your background in fundraised and fee income generation within the voluntary sector alongside experience of bid writing, risk assessment and contract negotiation will be an advantage.
