See Me is a partnership between SAMH, Scotland’s national mental health charity, and the Mental Health Foundation. Over the past three years we have developed our programme to be at the heart of the challenge to end stigmatising and discriminatory behaviours around mental health, with the aim of enabling people who experience mental health problems to live fulfilled lives. We continue to grow our work with communities, schools and workplaces and develop significant new work and partnerships, to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination in health and social care. By changing minds, changing policy and changing practice you could be part of an exciting programme that helps improve the mental health and wellbeing of Scotland.
As one of two Assistant Directors, you will lead functions that ensure See Me delivers, monitors, communicates and reports effectively as well as making the case for its long term support .
This role will be challenging and rewarding as you will work across the programmes and your own multi-disciplinary teams to secure a high level of co-ordination and quality. You will be an experienced senior leader with a strong methodical approach and an ability to nurture and develop a talented team.
