Service Managers, Continuing Care

As exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and manage our continuing care service. You will have responsibility for managing a residential service supporting five young people in their transition to adulthood. You will create a continuing care service for young people supporting them with their own tenancies, further learning and employment. You will lead and support a team who will support young people to develop their independent living and employability skills ensuring that young people are connected to services in their communities.

We are looking for a highly competent manager with demonstrable competencies in leadership and management. Your approach should be creative and innovative with high aspirations for the future of our young people. Having a background in community learning and development / youth work; employability; health and / or residential care will be advantageous.

Service Managers, Residential Care

We are looking for a skilled and creative Service Manager with significant residential care / youth work experience to manage one of our services. This exciting role will support the engagement and participation of young people in a wide range of activities that support their life journey and improve their life chances. The successful candidate will be part of the service management team and have line management responsibility for a team of staff. The postholder will have a key role across the organisation to develop the youth work skills of all staff complimenting Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) in engaging with young people. We are looking for someone who is creative and innovative in their approach.
