Due to recent internal promotions a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team in leading Children 1st’s vital work. To be responsible for specific local and national services and to help us reach more children by identifying opportunities to develop innovative supports and partnerships that keep children, families and communities at their heart.
The post holder will work with colleagues and partners to strengthen and develop business relationships, lead key projects whilst being a passionate ambassador for children’s rights.

Degree level and social work qualified or equivalent, you will have substantial service management experience relating to children, young people and families including the protection of children and young people. You will have a collaborative leadership style and have demonstrated success in achievement of strategic planning, project management and income generation.
This is a full time (35 hours) post, with flexibility for travel. Please refer to the job description and additional role specific information sheet for further details.
