Libertus Services are currently recruiting for a Head Cook to run our small but busy kitchen within our Day Care Service providing wholesome and nutritional meals suitable for older people. The role include maintaining high standards of hygiene to current regulations and responsibility for stock control and CookSafe record keeping.
The successful candidate will hold a current NVQ 3 cookery skills certificate or equivalent and an Intermediate Food and Hygiene certificate and should have a minimum of two years-experience in a similar position.
This is a part time post 25 hours worked from Monday – Friday (days.)
