The Robertson Trust’s Learning and Communications Team is responsible for the creation, use and sharing of knowledge and learning, both internally and externally. It supports the Trust to deliver on its strategic goals through building an understanding of the world we work in, what we do and how we work.
As a key member of this team, the Knowledge and Learning Officer will have a particular focus on supporting the evaluative functions of the team including the commissioning and management of external evaluations.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing, conducting, commissioning and managing evaluations and research. They will be committed to supporting teams and organisations to develop their monitoring, evaluation and learning capacity and have the ability to communicate complex issues and ideas in an accessible and engaging way. They will also have the opportunity to work with a range of partners across our portfolios of work to help embed a learning culture in all that we do.
