Role

The opportunity has arisen for the post of Deputy Centre Manager within Stirling Carers Centre.

The purpose of the post is to assist the Centre Manager to lead the organisation to achieve its aims and objectives, ensuring effective management of all resources, accounting to stakeholders and acting as ambassador for the Centre. The successful post-holder will have a sound operational management, leadership skills and the ability to contribute to and lead strategic development.

The post-holder will raise the profile of the organisation and ensure development of appropriate support services to Unpaid Carers throughout the Stirling Council area. The successful applicant will also ensure continuous development and improvement of services that lead to better outcomes for Adult carers, Young Carers and their families.

The post-holder will require to demonstrate experience in the short; medium and long term strategic and operational planning, and will manage the day-to-day service operations of the Stirling Carers Centre.
