Role

to manage and develop our caretaking and café staff; manage room lettings and ensure the smooth running of our church building and facilities.

The City of Edinburgh Methodist Church is an inclusive church in the heart of the city where we share God’s love through working with and for others, to transform our community and the world. We use our buildings to further that mission, supporting vulnerable groups and also hiring out our diverse meeting spaces to commercial clients, charities and public-sector organisations. Our Well Café is a bright and well-liked community cafe, which operates within our premises at Nicolson Square. Our lettings and catering have grown considerably over the last 18 months, with still room for further development. For the last four years we have been an Edinburgh Festival Fringe Venue working in partnership with Greenside Venues.
