Role

The NSPCC Evidence Team generate and champion high quality evidence that informs policy and practice inside and beyond NSPCC. We champion evidence-based practice by supporting the evaluation of NSPCC services for children and families, supporting the scale up of successful activities, and by leveraging research funding resulting in world class research into what helps keep children safe and helps them get back on track after abuse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Evaluation Officer to have a lead role in the development and implementation of the evaluation of Together for Childhood, a place-based initiative which aims to radically improve the way we tackle child abuse and neglect, with a focus on prevention across local systems, engaging communities, families, professionals and services.

You will be educated to a higher degree level in a relevant subject area and have significant experience of undertaking service evaluation or social research. Experience of undertaking evaluation or research with children and young people will be an advantage.
