As part of our close-knit and supportive team you will effectively manage the running of the unit, leading and directing other staff members on the shift. To succeed you’ll have experience of care work and an HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3 as well as effective decision making skills and ideally experience of supervising other staff.
