Sacro is the voluntary sector leader in promoting community justice across Scotland. Founded in 1971, Sacro provides high quality services and plays a key role in influencing government policy and legislation.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and proactive individual to develop learning and digital initiatives and co-ordinate provision across Sacro.
The post-holder will be responsible for identifying development needs including designing and delivering training, as well as developing material for Sacro’s e-learning system. You will coordinate the programme for the annual staff conference and manage the continuation of the SVQ programme and other qualification requirements across Sacro.
The post-holder will also undertake work in connection to Sacro’s Volunteering Strategy including the process for Investors in Volunteering (IiV) and facilitating Volunteer Supervisors Forums.
Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating training is essential as is knowledge of other learning solutions. Candidates should be educated to at least SCQF level 7 or equivalent and hold a professional training qualification. Experience of managing an SVQ programme, or other qualification programme, is desirable.
