The Brock is a charity and social enterprise that provides therapeutic work activities for people in West Lothian who have a severe and enduring mental illness. We focus on what people can do rather than what they can’t. We are about to enter into an exciting phase of development & growth and require an Operations & Project Manager to support the existing Brock team to deliver the organisations aims & objectives over the next two years.
The Operations Manager role is based on an initial fixed term contract for 24 months, working 25 hours per week; while the Project Manager role is based on a fixed term contract for 12 months, working 12.5 hours per week.
We are open to applications from individuals who are interested in doing either the Operations Manager or Project Manager role; and from individuals who would like to combine both roles into one working on a full-time basis for the first 12 months of a 24 month contract and part-time thereafter.
