Energetic, positive minded individual required to manage and support the Affordable Warmth Team at Changeworks.
You will be experienced in managing or supervising people and be able to lead and inspire a passionate and dedicated team of outreach advisors working with vulnerable householders. A strong team player, you will be highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of the domestic energy and fuel poverty sectors. You will also be an experienced project manager that understands the importance of robust evaluation of project outcomes and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
If you are passionate about improving peoples living environment and delivering excellent customer service and have a solutions-orientated, positive approach, we would love to hear from you. The position requires travel across rural areas, a driver’s licence is desirable.
