Role

Role purpose

  • To maximise incomes for low-income families
  • To assist with benefit claims including support for digital access
  • To develop and maintain collaborative working with a range of local partners
  • To supervise and co-ordinate a small team of project volunteers

Applicants should have a good understanding of welfare benefits, excellent communication and IT skills and work well as part of a team.
