Linstone Housing Association was established in 1998. We currently own and manage approximately 1600 properties and also provide services to over 2000 owners, making Linstone one of the largest RSL’s in the Renfrewshire area.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our Housing & Property Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive housing management service to our tenants and owners, dealing with anti-social behaviour, estate and tenancy management.
The ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is essential. Computer literacy and a flexible attitude are essential.
Applicants must hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car. A relevant housing qualification would be advantageous.
A Basic Disclosure Scotland check will be required for this post.
