We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR & Corporate Services Officer who will manage the day to day Human Resources/ Organisation Development and Corporate Services functions for WSHA and Willowacre Trust, our charitable subsidiary.
With at least 3 years’ experience at HR Assistant or Advisor level you will report to the Head of Corporate Services and ensure the effective and efficient day to day running of Corporate Services function; including performance reporting, policy review and data protection. You will also support the Head of Corporate Services to develop and implement the People Strategy.
You will also lead and support organisational project work as required e.g. Healthy Working Lives, Go Green Project and provide administration for all health and safety matters relating to office based staff.
