In this key role within Sacro’s IT Department you will provide technical and administrative support to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and further support to the IT department. You will assist staff in their use of the CRM and senior staff in the extraction of data and reporting. A flexible approach is required in providing general IT Support to the organisation. A good general education to degree level or relevant experience of CRM support and administration are essential.
