An opportunity has arisen for a qualified CIPD professional looking to make a difference to our charity’s HR practices and procedures. At Scottish Book Trust, our staff are our greatest asset and this post contributes to our success by helping to improve our people practices and make our HR processes more efficient.
We have a staff team of around 60 permanent and fixed term staff, mostly based in our Edinburgh Office, delivering innovative and creative programmes which inspire reading and writing for pleasure.
The post holder will support the Director of Finance and Operations in reviewing, developing and implementing HR polices, practices and processes, including consideration of HR software and sourcing training to support delivery of HR policies.
