We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Team Leader, who works in both our residential care home service as well as our supported living service.
Your main role will be to work with the managers of the service to provide both administrative, supervisory and practical support in our services. This includes to offer practical, emotional and social support to people in either a care home setting or their own homes to assist them to maintain their tenancy as independently as possible. You will need to develop warm and effective relationships with service users supporting them to cope with their lives in a positive and planned way so that they can make informed choices, develop new skills, grow greater self-confidence and maximise their independence. Our residents and tenants are supported to be active fully active members of both the Tiphereth community and wider Edinburgh community.
