Role

Hi, my name is Sam. I am a 20 year old young man who is looking for people to support me to do various activities that I go to already and new activities I would like to try out.

I live at home with mum so I need people who can adapt to working with myself but also working alongside my mum when needed. I like people who have a good sense of humour and don’t take themselves too seriously. I like people who are relaxed and have lots of get up and go.

I need people who are able to support me with maintaining my health. I enjoy going to the gym on a daily basis and work at my local supermarket in the afternoon.

I need support from you to be able to use the gym safely and develop my skills at work. I am well known in my community and have regular leisure activities that I enjoy doing. I mainly need support during the week but will occasionally require support at the weekend and some evenings.

If you think you would be a good match to work with Sam please apply via the C-Change Scotland website and quote reference number 34
