Cyrenians delivers a range of services within the Falkirk area which support people to address barriers to accessing services, employment, volunteering opportunities and/or support. We have also established a peer mentoring programme for people with experience of the criminal justice system.
This is a new role and will include working with clients, supporting a small staff team, and putting systems and procedures in place for the expansion of our portfolio of services - including developing a peer supported recovery service for people journeying away from addiction.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and with different levels of support needs. You will be highly organised and confident, with the ability to engage positively with a range of audiences. You should also have experience of working within a project framework and the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation in the work that you do.
