Our current Manager is changing her role to develop our counselling enterprise activities and we are seeking a new person to manage our varied counselling services.
As well as sharing our organisational values, you should show passion and commitment for what we do well – developing and delivering mental health and wellbeing services in creative and innovative ways.
You will have recent counselling experience, including working with clients who present with complex needs; you will have managed teams using a supportive and empathic approach and be experienced in monitoring and evaluation and setting, achieving and reporting on plans.
Alongside this, you will be creative, a good networker and communicator, able to manage risk and balance the demands of managing operational, developmental and people management issues.
