Inverclyde Community Development Trust (The Trust) focuses on providing support that encourages and nurtures people and communities. We take a community development and empowerment approach to increase capacity in the community. We have started the process of developing a new strategy and plans for our future and this is a rare opportunity to join the passionate and motivated senior level team.
You will be responsible for the internal operations of the organisation whilst keeping our mission and purpose at the heart of what we do. The new Finance and Operations Manager will be required to empower our employees, build excellent working relationships with the executive team, stakeholders, partners, Trustees and potential funders. The Business Support Manager will work closely with the CEO and as part of the senior management team will have lead responsibility for delivering and developing finance, HR systems, and other key areas of internal operations.
This post is initially funded for one year, extension expected.
