Do you remember the excitement and adventure of moving into your own house for the first time?

ENABLE Scotland are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to be part of this journey with a group of young people with additional support needs as they transitions into adulthood within their own flats. We are looking for people who bring something extra special to the life of these young people and to ensure this a positive experience for these young people and help them develop further into adulthood.

We are looking for a team of motivated and dedicated Personal Assistants to support these young people to adapt to their new found independence and work towards their own goals.

Your daily tasks may include;

* Providing emotional support and reassurance to young people living independently for the first time

* Providing support with health needs e.g. epilepsy

* Support to manage their tenancy and become part of the local community.

We have a number of a permanent posts working on average 16 to 32 hours per week.

These contracts require full flexibility between 7am - 11pm over 7 days a week with approximately 2 out of 4 weekends off. There may occasions when you will be required to work outwith these hours however notice will be given in advance.
