The successful candidate should have experience of delivering support, advocacy and information to women experiencing domestic abuse and of working with support plans and risk assessments. You must have an understanding of the issues affecting women experiencing domestic abuse and share our commitment to feminism and equality. The Women’s Worker may support women in a variety of settings, including outreach, refuge and office support.
