Do you have what it takes to make a difference?

Are you a skilled Trust and Grants Manager with a passion for fighting inequalities and a track record in writing successful applications? We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and committed colleague to join our Fundraising team.

You will have contacts across Grants and Trust making bodies in Scotland, and be skilled at matching funds with project plans which will have direct impact on improving the lives of people who have a learning disability and their families in communities across Scotland. We are looking for entrepreneurial flair to help bring our vision of an equal society to life.

Specifically, you will be delivering a successful Grants and Trusts fundraising strategy to deliver on plans to support more children and families, make stronger community connections for people who have a learning disability, and create more opportunities for people who have a learning disability to access the things in life many of us take for granted - have friends, a job, a place of your own to live, and a social life, in communities where people treat them as equals.

ENABLE Scotland's Trust and Grant Manager will be a critical member of our Fundraising team. You will be a skilled storyteller and inquisitive by nature. You will be passionate about people and have our cause at the very heart of all you do. And you will lead by example on Grants and Trusts fundraising within the team to ensure high standards of writing, data management, budget management, stakeholder engagement and stewardship.

In return, we are passionate about our people, and will support you with professional and personal development opportunities within a fun and supportive team!

Remember this is #morethanajob - it's the first step to you making a difference and continuing your career with an award winning charity with its values at its core.
