We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the management team with the day to day organisational tasks within our Edinburgh office.
The Administrator is the key to the success of the support we provide and will ensure that information and administration systems are working effectively. In addition he/she will be expected to possess a strong working knowledge of Word, Access and Excel packages and will have proficient keyboard skills.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a busy, dynamic team. You will have excellent IT skills, and be able to assist the management team in setting up IT systems that will support our work. You should be self motivating with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. You will need to be able to work using your own initiative and we will be keen to meet candidates who are able to apply a problem solving approach to challenges.
An awareness of the work that ENABLE Scotland do would be an advantage, and we expect all of our team members to have excellent values, including respecting the rights of people with learning disabilities.
