ENABLE Scotland are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to be part of this journey with a group of young people with additional support needs as they transitions into adulthood within their own flats. We are looking for people who bring something extra special to the life of these young people and to ensure this a positive experience for him and help him develop further into adulthood.

We are looking for a team of motivated and dedicated Personal Assistants to support these young people to adapt to their new found independence and work towards his own goals.

In order to support these young people achieve this we are looking for a team to provide waking night support to a group of 11 people. Your daily tasks may include;

* Providing emotional support and reassurance to young people living independently for the first time

* Providing support with health needs e.g. epilepsy

* Supporting people to manage overnight risks e.g. ensuring personal safety

We have a number of a permanent waking night posts working on average 16 to 39 hours per week. These contracts require full flexibility between 10pm - 8am over 7 days a week with approximately 2 out of 4 weekends off. There may occasions when you will be required to work out with these hours however notice will be given in advance.
