The Family Wellbeing Service is in an exciting period of growth and development. Over the next three years, in partnership with East Renfrewshire HSCP and The Robertson Trust, we are expanding our service to provide support to families across the whole of East Renfrewshire.
We engage with families to help strengthen their relationships; reduce emotional distress and to enhance their capacity to function more effectively. The team provides intensive, collaborative support; focusing on the family’s strengths and resilience. Relational, restorative, reflective and trauma-sensitive practice guides workers to develop a relationship with family members characterised by trust, respect, honesty and open communication where families can then be linked with community-based networks of support.

In this position you will play a crucial role in the on-going development of the service and contribute to its expansion. Building relationships and the ability to communicate effectively internally as well as with external partners and agencies is at the heart of everything we do.
You should have experience of working in a leadership role; of offering reflective support and supervision to a team of staff and able to confidently respond to and manage risk.
This is a demanding role which requires tenacity, commitment and flexibility. No two days are the same!
