Central Scotland Regional Equality Council is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead the organisation, oversee current projects and shape the future of the organisation as a leader in the field of equality and human rights work in Forth Valley.

This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, providing you with an exciting opportunity to be creative, lead service transformation, engage with communities, respond to the communities and promote equalities with the involvement of residents and other stakeholders.

You will have experience of advising and working with a Management Board of Directors, managing a diverse team, working with funders, government and public bodies, working in or with the Third Sector with a demonstrable commitment to equality work and combating all forms of discrimination.

Alongside developing and guiding the staff team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing high quality projects and services for all who live, work, study and visit the areas of Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils.
