Action on Smoking and Health Scotland (ASH Scotland) is the independent Scottish health charity working for a Scotland free from the harm and inequality caused by tobacco – could you help us to achieve that vision?
Following a restructure, we are seeking to recruit this post to our Policy, Information and Communications Team.
If you are experienced in developing and communicating evidence-based policy, then we’d like to talk to you. This role will also include parliamentary liaison and communications with a wide range of audiences. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential for this post.
The ASH Scotland staff team of 19 employees is based in central Edinburgh. Our work is funded by grants from the Scottish Government, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK and others. Our current organisational strategy prioritises improving mental health, reducing poverty, raising the next generation tobacco-free, culture change and driving action in partnership.
