We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our ICT support teams based in our Glasgow offices. Working part-time, 5 days a week, you will be part of a team delivering high quality, responsive ICT support to our workforce. Your main activity will be to operate as a first point of contact for a ‘helpdesk’ service, you will be expected to handle concurrent support calls and to prioritise these appropriately.
If you have either an HNC or equivalent computing qualification, or a minimum of one year’s experience in working in an IT focused support environment we’d love to hear from you.
