Dundee Voluntary Action is a leading, trusted and flourishing organisation, working to make a difference to lives of people and communities in the city. Our expanding Mental Health Engagement and Involvement Team has the following vacancy for highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about involving people in shaping the issues that impact their lives. The team works to ensure that people with lived experience of mental health challenges and third sector organisations working with them are actively involved in making Dundee a City of Recovery.

Building on our successful partnership work in Making Recovery Real in Dundee, you will build capacity for increasing peer recovery practice in mental health and wellbeing. This will include developing and supporting Dundee Peer Recovery Network, responsibilities for training and development, and collaborating with others to create and sustain informal, volunteering, and paid peer recovery roles in mental health and wellbeing.

DVA is an admitted body to the Tayside Pension Fund and we enrol staff automatically.
