We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our existing team of Residential Service Coordinators who work closely with our Director Of Care & Support. You will work alongside a wider team of Day Service Co-ordinators to ensure that the quality of care and support is consistent across our community.

You will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual and will be able to build strong supportive relationships within and across our community. Having a strong team ethic, you will provide nurturing, inclusive leadership across two small, therapeutic houses and have the ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels. You may already have substantial experience in this type of role, or may be looking to take the next step in your career.

With experience of implementing positive behaviour support, you will have extensive knowledge of supporting people with a range of learning disabilities. You will be flexible and innovative and open to new and effective ways of working, across the community, to achieve better outcomes for the people we support.

The current salary scale for this post is £27,165 – £31,406 per annum based on a 40 hour working week, over seven days on a rota basis.
