Dundee Voluntary Action is a leading, trusted and flourishing organisation, working to make a difference to lives of people and communities in the city.
You will be highly motivated with a passion for charity governance and supporting organisational development in the third sector. Working primarily with smaller charities undertaking our foundation governance programme, you will support the recruitment, programme participation, and assessment of charities across Scotland. You will provide participants with advice and guidance to improve their governance and organisational management, through online feedback as well as by telephone and in person. You will also help promote the governance programmes and maintain resources for participants.
The post holder should be educated to degree level or relevant qualification or have 5 year’s minimum proven experience of working in third sector organisational development, particularly in supporting charity governance.
