Role

North Lanarkshire Women’s Aid has over 30 years’ experience of providing domestic abuse services in North Lanarkshire. It is a free, confidential and independent service run by women for women, children and young people experiencing or escaping domestic abuse.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the Children and Young People’s Service.

The job involves ensuring a high standard of intervention, preventative and casework support is provided to children and young people who are indirectly (hidden victims) and directly exposed to the issues of domestic abuse.

SVQ Level 3 Early Learning & Childcare or equivalent is required.

Driving licence and car are essential.
