Role

GNWCAB is celebrating 38 years of providing excellent information and advice services to local communities. If you are interested in becoming an important part of a vibrant and dynamic organisation, and have a passion for advice work, then this could be the very role for you!

Synopsis -

The main requirements of the role will be to provide a range of excellent 1:1 advice and information, with an emphasis on immigration/asylum advice, to clients coming into the main officer and at various outreaches in the wider community. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate in the advice areas specific to the Project. This is an important role in its remit of supporting the front line of the main GNWCAB core advice service and the Equalities Project itself, and you will ensure that clients and third parties are directed through the most appropriate route to service in an efficient and courteous manner. Maintaining and following GNWCAB procedures and protocols to ensure an efficient and high quality service at all times will be of utmost importance.
