Flexible start/finish times. May occasionally need to work unusual hours to meet the requirements of the post. No overtime payments but time off will be offered in lieu. The postholder may be offered freelance work over and above contracted hours, at a rate to be negotiated, but this is not guaranteed.
The job includes assisting with the raising of funds for the project, which will include money for the postholder’s own salary, with the minimum aim of keeping his/her hours at 16/week and the potential to extend them, and to extend employment indefinitely.
