Due to continued growth we have a unique opportunity for a Young Persons Worker to join our team in West Lothian. This is an exciting and rewarding role with the opportunity to make a huge personal impact.
West Lothian Outreach Service is funded by West Lothian Council to provide housing support to young people aged between 16 and 25 years and resident in their own tenancy or temporary accommodation. In addition, the service is funded to undertake prevention work with young people aged 15+ identified by the local authority. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to vulnerable children's lives and to build a fulfilling and meaningful long-term career with a leading UK children's charity.
