To improve coordination and access to family support services in Dundee by creating a collaborative network of community, voluntary and statutory providers.
This is an exciting opportunity to help take forward a priority for Dundee Partnership in ensuring children and families have easy and quick access for advice, help and support when they need it. We are looking for someone who can help us take forward this new approach, to lead on co-coordinating and enhancing awareness, access and provision of services across the 3rd sector and partners.
Alongside developing this pathway, a new system (FORT Fast online Referral and Tracking) has been commissioned to support and enable delivery of the project, offering one point of access to referrals, tracking and monitoring.
We are looking for a creative person who understands the voluntary and statutory sector and is passionate about building positive working relationships. The post holder will be supported by the project partners DVA, Barnardo’s, Action for Children and Advice Infrastructure (FORT developers)
