Scotcash is a Community Interest Company providing financial inclusion advice and services across the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure the provision of quality advice and information service to the public. Our Scotcash Money MOT service assists customers who are not eligible for an affordable loan due to their financial circumstances and supports customers who have accessed an affordable loan to build their future financial resilience. The service will provide general (Type 1) advice on a range of issues including debt, income maximisation, grants, bank accounts, fuel poverty and financial capability. A key element of the role will be to promote and encourage take up of the service as well as contribute to the organisational priority of developing digital financial inclusion services to increase reach and capacity.
We expect candidates to be self-motived, results driven, passionate about financial inclusion, have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills, be computer literate with a commitment to continuous improvement.
They will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
